The Deighton Dossier blog which you're reading is the companion blog for the original - and expanded - Deighton Dossier website.
The Deighton Dossier was created in 2008 to create a web presence for readers, fans and collectors of the works of Len Deighton. Best known for his novels like The Ipcress File, Berlin Game and SS-GB, Deighton is also a major figure in the development of 20th Century British design and an acknowledged historian who has written extensively about military history and technology.
Up to the creation of the Deighton Dossier, there was no real space on the Internet to collect together all the available information about Deighton's work, and provide a forum - through this blog and the fan forum - for readers to share their views about books and the related films.
